To Do's Before You 注册

Before registering for classes, students should:

  1. Review their MyPlanner 和 their program's degree requirements in the Academic 目录.
  2. Schedule an advising session with your major advisor 和 college academic advising center.

Students are encouraged to use MyScheduler, which will generate every possible schedule for you so you can maximize your course selections 和 remain on track for a timely graduation.

The registration process for Summer Session 和 Winter Session is different depending on what type of student you are.

How to 注册 Tutorial

Once you log into your My菠菜网lol正规平台, you will be directed to your Student Center 和 a link to "搜索 for 类" is available on the right h和 side of the page. 这 will allow you to search the class schedule 和 register for a course. Click on "Additional 搜索 Criteria" to search for course attributes including General 教育, Course Materials (for courses with No-Cost Course Materials), 和 Service Learning.

Find 类 at CalStateOnline

Find 和 register for transferable, online courses at other Cal State Universities 和 California Community 大学 that count for credit at your campus. 很容易 to search 和 filter over 70,000 online course offerings from both the CSU 和 California Community 大学 to find the right class for you - 一个 that fits your schedule 和 helps you graduate faster. 

Courses completed via the CSU Fully Online Courses program are treated as units completed in residence 和, if equivalent to an 菠菜网lol正规平台 course, may be eligible for grade forgiveness (see the Undergraduate 教育 petition for Retroactive Grade Forgiveness). 

After Registration

Monitoring Your Progress

Students should regularly run their Academic Requirements Report on My菠菜网lol正规平台 to monitor their completion of all degree requirements, including General 教育. 这份报告 is updated with the 晚些时候st enrollment changes, including grades, transfer credit evaluations, 和 advisor approved adjustments every time it is generated. Review your MyProgress report.
