What You Need to Do

You can access i支持 and open a ticket a couple of ways

  1. 去 the an of the following:
    • 直接转到 i支持
    • 参观 Spartan App Portal
      • 搜索 for "open help ticket" in the search box at the top of the page
      • Select the "Open a 帮助 ticket" Tile
  2. Enter your first and last name and your campus email address, then click the "Continue" button
  3. Describe in detail what you need help with in the "Description" box and add a brief summary in the "Reason" box
  4. Click on the "Save" button
