联系 金融援助 and 奖学金办公室 to determine how withdrawing 从类 might affect 你r current and future financial 援助奖.

Refer to the Schedule of 类 and 菠菜网lol正规平台 目录 for information on instructions, policies and procedures for the withdrawal process. Students MUST complete the Petition for 撤军 form to notify the 金融援助 Office when they stop attending ALL classes.

Refunds and Pro-Rata Charges

In accordance with a federal formula, the 金融援助 & 奖学金办公室必须 pro-rate financial aid eligibility for students who:

  • Withdraw from all classes within the first 60% of the semester and had federal and/or state aid applied to their student account from any financial aid program.
  • Your financial aid eligibility will be recalculated according to a federal formula. Since funds are based on attendance for the entire semester, 你r aid must be recalculated on the actual number of days attended.
  •  The amount to be repaid, if any, is determined according to 你r withdrawal 日期.
  • The university will provide the official withdrawal 日期 to the 金融援助 and 奖学金办公室.

You may be required to repay part or all of the m一个y 你 received when 你 withdrew 从类. The amount to be repaid, if any, is determined according to 你r withdrawal 日期. The return of funds by the school is paid from university resources, which may create an obligation from 你 to the university. Any grant repayment 你 ma owe will 支付给学校. If 你 owe 菠菜网lol正规平台 a refund, 你 will be notified in writing and will be required to contact the Bursar's Office for payment arrangement.

If 你 are eligible for a tuition or housing fee refund due to 你r withdrawal, all or part of the refund will be used to repay financial aid before it is released to 你. You may owe additional amounts as well, which 你 must repay. 在某些情况下， if 你 are eligible for additional funds due to 你r withdrawal, we will notify 你 of 你r rights and options.

你会 not be eligible for any future federal or state financial aid until the balance 到期款项已全额支付. 你会 not be allowed to enroll in any upcoming semesters or have access to campus services (i.e.: transcripts, library services, etc.). 你会 also receive a letter stating that there is a hold on 你r future financial aid for not completing required units (refer to the Satisfactory 学术的进步 政策). Students who have loans and withdraw from school must notify their lenders immediately. If 你 received a Perkins Loan at 菠菜网lol正规平台, 你 must contact the Bursar's Office to discuss an Exit Interview with the Collections Department of the Bursar's Office before leaving 大学. Students with Federal Direct Subsidized/Unsubsidized 工作人员ord or Federal Direct Graduate PLUS 贷款 are required to complete the online Exit Loan Counseling session found on the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)网站.

If 你r withdrawal brings 你 below half-time status, 你 will start 你r grace period. When the grace period ends, 你 will begin repayment according to the terms of 你r 本票.

Aid will be returned in the following order (as required under regulation):

  • Unsubsidized Federal 工作人员ord Loan
  • Subsidized Federal 工作人员ord Loan
