时间和可用性

Students should be able to view their grades on My菠菜网lol正规平台 about two weeks after the last day of instruction of each semester.

年级s are only available via My菠菜网lol正规平台, see how to 查看我的成绩.  F或打印ed copies of your grades, order an official transcript 或打印 an unofficial transcript from your My菠菜网lol正规平台.

If you do not see your grades after three weeks from last day of instruction, contact 你的老师.

审计类

An instructor may allow students to audit a class.  Enrollment in the class is required.  Please submit a 信贷/没有信用/审计 option 为m (available on 表单的页面).

不完整的年级

What is an 不完整的年级?

• "不完整的" (I) grade 被分配 by an instructor of the class when a portion of required coursework has not been completed by the end of the semester due to un为eseen, but fully justified, reasons 和 when there is still a possibility of earning credit/grade.

• The Instructor creates an incomplete grade agreement 为 the student when an “I” grade 被分配.
• Students need to accept the 不完整的 agreement. 看到 the 不完整的年级 Agreement guide [pdf] on how to review 和 accept the incomplete agreement.

When is the deadline to complete the coursework?

• An "I" must be made up by the specified deadline in the agreement or within 一个 calendar year following the end of term in which it was assigned, whichever comes first.
• If the coursework is not completed by the deadline in the agreement, the "I" grade 将转换为:
  • • the grade the instructor entered into the “年级 Without Further Work” section of 协议，或
    • If no grade is indicated, the “I” grade will lapse to an “IC” grade (不完整的 Charged), which is equal to an “F” grade (or an “NC” 为 credit/no credit graded courses).

Can students re-enroll in the same course?

• Students cannot re-enroll in the course until the course is completed or lapsed to “IC”(或“NC”). 

What if students need more time to complete it?

• If students need more time to finish all required coursework beyond the specified deadline in the agreement, students need to contact the instructor to 请求延期.
• The maximum time 为 completion is two years from the semester in which the 不完整的 grade was assigned; requests to extend the deadline beyond two years will be denied.

Contact 你的老师 if you believe there has been a grading error.  如果你的学位 has been awarded, your academic record is sealed 和 you cannot request any grade 变化.

Even though your GPA may have changed due to the retroactive course drop or semester withdrawal, your academic st和ing will remain 为 that semester.
